In order to access solution articles in the widget, you need to register your email address in BASys Web.


Please follow below steps to register your email address and see the articles.

1. Go to Profile menu at the top right corner

2. Click on "My Profile"

3. Enter your email address

4. Click Save

5. Click Contact Us Widget at the right bottom

6. Access to the widget and search your interested article
